Pecha Kucha Research sources 1-10

1.) http://www.china.org.cn/english/imperial/25995.htm

My source is China Internet Information Center. The credintials are really good. The source says when and where chinese food started at, what food was orginated in different parts of China. I do believe the source because it seem like a very crediable source.]

2.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_chicken

The source for this is Wikipedia. Credintials are probably not the best in the world but they're not the worse.

2005 the hottest year ever

http://www.wired.com/politics/law/news/2005/12/69873

NASA's Goddard Institute is the credential. The source is very credible. NASA projected that 2005 surpasses 1998 to end as the hottest year globally in the 125 years since reliable records have been kept. They also said warming has accelerated and is now boosting mercury every decade by more than 0.3 degrees Fahrenheit. I do believe the source because NASA is a really reliable source.

BlackEnvironment Correspondent, BBC News website is the credential. I really don't kno how credible the source is but he states that 2005 was the second most warmest year in history since 1860.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/10/12/AR2005101202498.html

I dont kno exactly who said this but it matches my information from the first information I found, but it states that in 2005 the temperature was two-tenths of a degree above the 1998 level. ( 1998 was the previous hottest year.)

As water temperatures increases, wind speeds increases

Source #1.) http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/135826.html

The credential is researcher Jay Austin, of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, in which he states, "In the last 25 years, water temperatures on the lake have risen twice as fast as air temperatures, while wind speeds have increased by 30 percent." Yes this source is very credible.
The source also says what they are finding is completely counter-intuitive. Austin says that what is happening you would expect that a bigger lake like (Superior) and itwould react more slowly to global warming. I believe it because water does have an effect on how fast the wind blows.

Global Warming causes more floods and droughts

Source #1.) http://www.ask.com/bar?q=does+global+warming+increase+more+droughts+and+floods%3F&page=1&adt=0&qsrc=0&ab=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.acoolerclimate.com%2Fdoes-global-warming-cause-more-droughts-floods-hurricanes.html

Source #2.)http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4158/is_20060815/ai_n16646552/

Source #3.) http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/80beats/2008/06/20/more-floods-droughts-and-hurricanes-predicted-for-a-warmer-world/

For floods the ceredential is U.S. Climate Change Science Program, and for droughts is Thomas Karl director of the National Climatic Data Center. This is very credible because bothe are very reliable. the sources for the flood info explains that heavy downpours, such as those that affected Missouri and Iowa, will become more common and more severe along with the rise in global temperature. But as for the droughts Thomas Karl says when is rains it rains hard, and when its not raining then its warmer so there's more evaporation.
